Four years ago, Becca and Chandler met while they were both working at Kroger in Buford. These two coworkers quickly blossomed into a couple, and now they’re getting married!
I had so much fun getting to meet them and photograph their engagement session. Our first location was the Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center in Buford, which is an amazing place that I photographed a wedding at once. It provided the perfect backdrop for their more “casual” portraits. I even lucked out and found some pretty purple flowers to photograph her engagement ring on, which is perfect because purple is their wedding color!
When it got closer to sunset, we moved on to the Buford Community Center, where they changed into their more formal outfit. We chose this location because it is extra special to Becca and Chandler… it’s where Chandler proposed! There is a beautiful fountain in front of the community center, and while on a date, Chandler took Becca to that fountain and got down on one knee and asked her to marry him! Since that is where their engagement first started, it was the obvious place to take their portraits!
I am so excited to get to photograph Becca and Chandler’s beautiful wedding at the Carl House in October. It’s going to be amazing! Check out my favorites from their engagement session!
